China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (hereinafter “CTG DUTY-FREE”, “the company”, or “we”).

Unless otherwise stated, the scope of content disclosed in the ESG Report is consistent with that of the company’s Annual Report.

The period of this Report is from 1 January to 31 December 2024. To enhance the readability of the Report, some contents or data refer to
previous years or extend to the date of disclosure of the Report.

The information and data provided in the Report have been obtained from our internal documents, statistical reports and ESG-related
performance summaries. Unless otherwise specified, the currencies involved in the Report are all measured in CNY.
